Benefits of Going Tankless
Endless hot water. A properly sized tankless system delivers continuous hot water on demand — no more cold surprises when the tank runs empty.
Lower energy bills. Tankless units only heat water when you need it. The Department of Energy reports 24–34% greater energy efficiency for homes using 41 gallons or less per day.
Space savings. Wall-mounted units are about the size of a suitcase, freeing up garage or closet space.
Longer lifespan. Tankless systems typically last 20+ years with proper maintenance, compared to 10–15 years for traditional tanks.
No flood risk. No stored water means no risk of a tank rupturing and flooding your garage.
Gas vs. Electric: Which Is Right for Your Home?

Gas tankless units deliver higher flow rates (8–10+ gallons per minute), making them ideal for larger homes where multiple fixtures run simultaneously. They require a gas supply line and proper venting.
Electric tankless units need no venting and have simpler installation, but require significant electrical capacity (often 100–150 amps). They work well for smaller homes, condos, or point-of-use applications.
During your free consultation, we'll evaluate your home's existing infrastructure, water usage patterns, and budget to recommend the right system. Sometimes a traditional tank water heater is still the best choice — and we'll tell you that honestly.

How Installation Works
Consultation
We evaluate your home's gas or electrical capacity, water pressure, venting options, and household demand. You get a detailed estimate with no hidden fees.
Installation day
We remove the old unit, mount your new tankless system, connect all gas/electrical/water lines, install venting (for gas units), and test everything thoroughly.
Walkthrough
Before we leave, we show you how to adjust settings, explain maintenance requirements, and provide all warranty information. Most installations complete in one day (4–8 hours).
